We have a large fleet of trucks and heavy equipment, we service all of Western Canada. We have 40 + years experience in the industry and have completed jobs ranging from small to multi-million dollar projects. We are fully capable of residential, industrial, and commercial demolition and hazardous waste removal.

Demolition

With decades of experience in the demolition of structures, we have dealt with all types of unique demolition services and requirements, enabling us to guide our customer through all procedures and environmental issues needed to perform a problem free demolition project. 

Whether we are demolishing a bridge, emission stack, hotels, hospital, incinerator, manufacturing plant, mine, office buildings, refinery, sports complex, retail mall, towers or utility rooms.

Hazardous Waste Removal

McColman is well known for it's environmentally sensitive abatement projects whether they be industrial, commercial, residential, or governmental environmental remediation services, including asbestos and lead abatement and hazardous materials removal and clean up. All employees are certified in Asbestos Removal and Abatement.

Recycled Aggregate

 Our standard product is 2-6" and makes an excellent base material on industrial yards or private roads. It has outstanding load-bearing capabilities.  We recommend that the product be capped by recycled asphalt aggregate, standard gravel aggregate or asphalt.

 

We have a limited stock of recycled asphalt aggregate.

Using our specialized equipment, McColman and Sons Demolition Ltd can execute the demolition and removal of waste, equipment, salvage and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials while the facility is completely shut down, temporarily shut down or fully operational.

COR Certified

A Certificate of Recognition (COR) is awarded to employers who develop health and safety programs that meet established standards. A COR shows that the employer's health and safety management system has been evaluated by acertified auditor and meets provincial standards.
